    Cleanliness of room cleaning is often inadequate. Though cloths etc. are diligently replaced (even if they are not on the floor; Save Water Announcement is not carried out like almost everywhere) but the floor was always dirty, the furniture often dusty. Give the cleaning staff more time!

    Food. Beach. Sea. Albatross restaurant.

    Drinks were expensive. The jacuzzi water should be warmer. The evening entertainment should start earlier and needs to be higher quality.

    Everything, however it is an expensive hotel. The staff are fantastic, food is excelent and I am very picky! Breakfast is amazing, you even get a glass of champagne! Diner is good, nice choice, plenty of veggy and fruits, nice choice of sweets. Clean, spacios rooms, beautiful beach.

    Nothing really, it may not be suitable for single travellers as not much is going on and it is a bit far from the nighlife. Definitelly not good for stag and hen parties! Thanks God, none was there!

    The business center was well-equipped, providing reliable Wi-Fi and sufficient space for meetings. The staff was attentive and responsive, assisting with any inquiries promptly.     If you want relaxation and ease, this is the place for you. Nice pool and beach. Chairs were always available even tough this was high season. The spa is nice and treatments are pretty good, but not fantastic. The gym is nice. Breakfast and lunch options were great.

    I was disappointed that there is only one tennis court, but they call it a tennis center. The dinner buffet is not very good. Too bad they don't have the lunch grill (very good) at dinner time.

    The service was great, I had 7 lovely nights here. The room with amazing view. Everything was lovely, even so a few employees were not so good. The hotel was in a secluded setting down the hill.

    The views were quite bad.

    The bungalow had a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Staff were super attentive, especially Alexandra from housekeeping. Breakfast offered freshly made omelettes and pastries. The infinity pool had fine views of the coastline. Spa facilities included massages and a hot tub, perfect for relaxation.
